4.30.03 Oh my god . . . I just can't believe it . . . only three more episodes of Buffy left!! No more female ass-kicking and sarcastic vampires and sinewy Buffy and super hot Spike and tubby, cute Xander and great Giles and ultra-cool Willow and annoying Dawn and even more annoying Anya and delightfully dorky Andrew and sassy Faith! What will I do without them??

4.27.03 Purty new site is up and ready for action!! I decided to choose eatyourlipstick.com over bigfreakslikemonica.org. I'm thinking it was a wise decision, what about you? So now the anthology is out the door and my site is back and beautiful and running again. The catchy new domain name is all thanks to my pal Jim, the head of Bags For Me. His site rocks, and is extremely useful if you happen to be needing a bag.

4.23.03 Nina Simone died today, one of my favorite musicians and one of the best Jazz singers in the world. She played the piano, had a raspy voice, and was very controversial. If you never have before, go out and listen to Feeling Good, Sinnerman, or I Want A Little Sugar in My Bowl. And think about Nina.

4.16.03 Yes, as you can see, still no updates. I'm really sorry about that. I just have to concentrate on getting my submission out for the anthology -- and I'm halfway done! Hopefully if all goes well I'll finish it on time, successfully deliver it to them, and it will be at least semi-interesting to read. But soon soon Lelaina and her pals will be back in full force!

4.5.03 Sorry about the extreme lack of updates as late...I've been going through some serious Monica Transitions. I started going to my gym hardcore, braving the weight room, and getting ready for bathing suit season. And I got my first tattoo...quite a lovely experience. I highly recommend it, but only if you've been planning and thinking about it for a while. Don't be a jerk and go off and get a tattoo just for the sake of getting one. And please don't get anything obscene, that's just wrong. I saw so many tattoos of animals having sex today, you wouldn't believe it. Permanent bad taste. So anyway, I apologize for the inactivity here. I love that I'm getting some traffic. I'm also hurrying to enter a comic into the anthology for the Small Press Expo, and that's due in late April, so I need to get on it. Updates might be a little unpredictable here for the next couple of weeks, but they will still be here I promise. So keep on checkin' on!
